The Applying of part of the Margin Squeeze Test delayed due to Coronavirus Pandemics and Earthquake

The conditions for using all tariff packages on the market remain unchanged due to the coronavirus pandemics and earthquake.
Zagreb, 31 March 2020 - The Council of HAKOM decided to postpone the application of part of the measure of the margin squeeze test until the end of the year due to the coronavirus pandemics and earthquake . The delay was necessary because, under the current circumstances, it is crucial to ensure continuous provision of services to all end-users under as favourable conditions as possible, and the decision will still allow the tariff packages to be provided under unchanged conditions.
HAKOM continuously monitors the development of the situation in all three regulated markets and, in accordance with the needs and in cooperation with other competent authorities, will adopt additional measures for the protection of the end users, operators and all other stakeholders.
