Report on User Disputes in the Electronic Communications before HAKOM for 2019

There has been a noticeable decrease in the number of initiated disputes. In 2019, a total of 1468 disputes was resolved, which is 29 less than the previous calendar year.

ZAGREB, 28 April 2020 - On its official website, Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) published the Report on user disputes in the electronic communications before HAKOM in 2019. The report represents an analysis of solved requests for resolving disputes between electronic communications users and operators. Pursuant to the electronic Communications Act initiation of a dispute represents the third stage of solving user's complaint, after the user filed the complaint against the operator. In 2019, a total of 1468 disputes was resolved, which represents 29 less disputes than the previous calendar year.
