Contract Termination

You can terminate the contract at any time by submitting a termination request to the operator.

The operator is obliged to facilitate the termination of the contract in the same manner it allowed for the contract's formation (via phone, in writing, or electronically)*. Detailed instructions on submitting termination requests are outlined in the operator's general terms of business.

*We recommend submitting a written termination request along with an attached identification document.

After you request contract termination, the operator must inform you in writing about the termination and the effective date, providing information about any existing contractual obligations.

Regardless of any claims against you, the operator is obliged to terminate the contract:
  • In a fixed network: The operator must terminate the contract within five (5) working days from the date of submitting the termination request
  • In a mobile network: The operator must terminate the contract within one (1) working day from the date of submitting the termination request

Contract termination by changing operators

If you wish to transfer your service/number to another operator, you need to submit a request to the new operator for changing the operator/porting the number, which will, on your behalf, terminate the contract with the existing operator. The contract with the existing operator is considered terminated on the day of changing operators/porting the number to the new operator.

Early termination of contract

If you terminate the contract before the mandatory duration expires, you are obliged to pay an early termination fee.

Before submitting a contract termination request, you have the option to request information from the operator about the amount owed (verbally, in writing, or electronically), which the operator is obliged to provide within one (1) working day from the date of your request. The information about the amount owed must include the calculation date, the start and end date of the contractual obligation, and details about the early termination fee (either the remaining monthly fees until the mandatory duration of the contract expires or the amount of discounts obtained on products and services, depending on which is more favourable for you).

If you purchased a device on instalment during the contract formation, upon contract termination, regardless of paying the early termination fee, you are obliged to settle all remaining instalments for the purchased device.

You have the right to terminate the contract without paying an early termination fee in the following situations:
  • If the operator confirms within 30 days from the date of signing the contractual documentation or receiving the request when entering into a distance contract that they cannot implement the contracted service
  • If you have submitted a request to relocate the service to a new address, and the operator confirms that there are no technical possibilities to implement the service at the new address. Proof of relocation to a new address is provided by a confirmation of change of residence/domicile issued by the relevant police administration
  • If the operator has changed the contractual terms (e.g., general terms of business, terms of service usage, service price list), and the changes are disadvantageous for you, within two (2) months from the date of receiving notice of these changes
  • If the operator is unable to provide the service according to the agreed terms
The operator has the right to terminate the contract and permanently disconnect the service if you fail to pay the service bill, which you do not dispute, within 30 days from the date of temporary service disconnection due to non-payment.
