e-Operator


The e-Operator service represents a data management system for operators of electronic communications networks and services. The service extends and facilitates access to HAKOM and increases the productivity and efficiency of HAKOM through process computerization. E-Operator represents a central database on electronic communications service operators and address and number space. The service provides interface for the input of necessary data by the operator and HAKOM’s employees. The submission of prior notifications and other related requirements shall be facilitated to the operators as well as gross revenue reports and data on group numbers.

In order to access the e-Operator service, your company or trade should be registered to use the service:
 
Existing operators – In case you have already registered for conducting the  activities of electronic communications networks and services, you should register (as an operator) to access the e-operator service and register on the HAKOM portal via the following link, and then reopen this page.

• New Operators - If you have not yet registered to perform the activities of electronic communications networks and services, through the appropriate Prior Notice on the performance of activities of electronic communications networks and services, you can register for the e-Operator service using the following link.

HAKOM collects and processes personal data pursuant to Article 14 Paragraph 1 and Article 32 of the Electronic Communications Act for the purpose of processing and issuing a certificate of receipt of prior notification, keeping and publishing the list of electronic communications operators, communication with operators in connection with submission of other related requirements within the system, as well as the reports on gross revenue and data on the group of numbers. Personal contact details are collected and processed exclusively for the purpose of contacting and exchanging information related to requests submitted in the e-operator system, and will not be delivered or exchanged with third parties. Data on registered operators shall be stored within the deadlines set out in the special list of archival and registration materials of HAKOM. Register of Postal Service Providers

The application Register of Postal services providers represents an electronic data management system and the registry of postal services providers in accordance with the provisions of the Postal Services Act. This application by e-procedure, significantly facilitates to all existing postal service providers and potentially new legal and natural persons interested in performing postal services, the performance of administrative procedures such as registration, application and withdrawal of postal services, registration and record-keeping in the provider’s register, management and updating of provider data, delivery of appropriate documentation and authorisations for performing postal services. The service extends and facilitates the access to the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) for postal services and increases the productivity and efficiency of HAKOM through process computerisation and interactive electronic communication with the existing and new postal service providers in implementation of the provisions of the Postal Services Act.

Registered users have access to the application after the registration with the user name on HAKOM’s official website.
  • Existing postal service providers - In case you have been authorised to perform postal services it is necessary to open a user account. Please contact HAKOM on. 01/7007007 or on the poštanske-usluge@hakom.hr,  
  • New postal service providers - Unless you haven’t  been registered/registered/authorised to perform postal services (through the appropriate Application referred to in Article 18 of the Postal Services Act), you can do this by using the following link:

Registered users have access to the application after the registration with the user name on the official HAKOM’s website.

HAKOM collects and processes personal data pursuant to Article 8 Paragraph 1 and Article 18 of the Postal Services Act for the purpose of receiving and processing applications for the performance of postal services, as well as keeping and publishing the registry of postal service providers. Personal data of postal service providers as well as contact persons are collected and processed solely for the purpose of contacting and exchanging information related to applications submitted in the system, which will not be delivered or exchanged with third parties. Data on registered postal service providers are stored within the deadlines set out in the special list of archival and registration materials of HAKOM.
