Construction Conditions

HAKOM is involved in the preparation of spatial plans and in the issuance of location and building permits in matters concerning electronic communications infrastructure (ECI) and associated equipment by:

• Establishing and issuing guidelines and requirements for the preparation of spatial plans at all administrative levels (national, regional, and local) and across all plan types (spatial plans, general urban plans, and urban plans);
• Participating in public consultations throughout the preparation and adoption of spatial plans;
• Providing formal opinions on draft spatial plans submitted for public consultation.
• Establishes specific conditions in the procedure for issuing location and/or building permits;
• Issues a certificate for the main project in the procedure for issuing a building permit;
• Participates in teams responsible for drafting regulations in accordance with the requirements of the Electronic Communications Act (ZEK);
• Participates in committees for the technical inspection of buildings for which HAKOM is involved in the issuance of location and/or building permits.
