Right of Access to Information

HAKOM, the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries, as a legal entity with public authority, enables users to exercise their right to access information and reuse information in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Right of Access to Information.
The right to access information and the right to reuse information are exercised by submitting an oral or written request to HAKOM. If the request is submitted in writing, it is necessary to fill out the Request Form, which can be sent to:

• or personally delivered to the HAKOM office on weekdays from 08:30 to 11:30 and 12:30 to 15:30.

Complying to the provisions of the Act on the Right of Access to Information, HAKOM has the right to request reimbursement of actual material expenses incurred by providing the information, and to cover the expenses of delivery of the requested information based on the Criteria for setting the amount of fees of Actual Material Costs and Costs of Re-use of Information (Official Gazette no. 12/14, 15/14, and 141/22), issued by the Information Commissioner.
