Protection of personal data
The Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries is committed to comply with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and relevant data protection laws. In this sense, a data protection officer has been appointed and a privacy policy has been defined that will help you understand what data HAKOM can collect, how HAKOM uses and keeps these data and whom we can share it with.
The personal Data Protection Officer performs the tasks in accordance with Article 37 of the General Data Protection Regulations.
