The procedure for the allocation of number 116 016, designated for the Helpline for Victims of Violence Against Women, is currently underway. Accordingly, a Public Call for Applications for the allocation of the above-mentioned number is hereby published.
Number 116 016 is reserved for the provision of a call centre service for victims of violence against women. An application for the allocation of the number may be submitted by a telecommunications operator or a non-profit organisation whose activities are related to the provision of the aforementioned service. The applicant must first reach an agreement with the competent ministry regarding the manner and conditions of providing the service via number 116 016, as well as the rights and obligations relating to its provision.
