What to do when the request for service is rejected by all operators?

If all operators refuse the request for a service due to the lack of technical possibilities, you should know that according to the regulations users have the right to activate the universal service, for which the Croatian Telekom d.d. is obliged to provide it.

Universal service includes, inter alia, the following services:

• voice calls
• data communication with data transmission speed enabling effective internet access (min. 4 Mbit/s)
