What to pay attention to in general terms and conditions of service use?

By means of general terms and conditions the operators of public communications service are obliged to regulate all the elements necessary for the contracting, provision and collection of their services. They are also obliged to ensure all procedures in reference to their relation with the end-users. Additional conditions for certain types of services are  usually regulated  by terms of service use.

Our advice: If you do not offer this or other documents, ask request them from your salesperson,   read carefully the documents to become fully acquainted with the operator's rights and obligations, but also  to become aware of your rights and obligations. The employees of the point of sale are obliged to give you an answer to all your questions.
