Collection of Data on the Provision of Broadband Access Services

HAKOM collects data on the provision of broadband access services at the address level from all operators offering retail broadband access services. Information on the number of users (households) with contracted access speeds within specified categories is important for presenting and analysing statistical indicators of the electronic communications market development.
 
What Data is collected?

• Coordinates and address of the building
• Information on the owner and infrastructure designation (medium, technology, and access network topology)
• Data on the number of contracted private and business users at the address, according to pre-defined speed ranges

HAKOM publishes the collected data exclusively in aggregated form, with a minimum level of granularity corresponding to the settlement level, or in the case of the City of Zagreb, the city district level.
