Specific Conditions
HAKOM, as a public authority under the Electronic Communications Act (Official Gazette Nos. 73/08, 90/11, 133/12, 80/13, 71/14, 72/17, 76/22 and 14/24; “ECA”), sets the conditions and connection requirements for issuing a location permit and issues the main project certificate under the Building Act.
In accordance with the provisions of the Building Act and the Spatial Planning Act, in force since 25 April 2019, requests for these conditions must be submitted exclusively through the e-Licensing system, using the e-Conference module. You are therefore advised to contact the competent Office for Spatial Planning and Construction and submit your request via the e-L system.
