The topic of the meeting was the presentation of an amended formula for setting the charges for the minimum access package less the correction coefficient (k), which is at the same time the most important change in the formula for the calculation of the charge for the minimum access package.  

The topic of the meeting was the definition and elimination of difficulties on a part of the rail transport market on the Rijeka traffic route.  

Amended rights concerning distance and off-premises selling apply starting Monday and all defects on equipment given by the operator for use to users or leased by the operator for the duration of the contract (e.g. modem) must be removed within the maximum of 5 days. Otherwise the user shall be entitled to terminate the contract without paying the early termination fee.  

HAKOM is attending the 10^th Plenary Meeting of ERGP which is taking place on 30 June and 1 July in Sofia. The main topic of the meeting is the protection of users and promotion of efficient competition on the EU single market.   

The topic of the meeting which is taking place in Brussels is the proposal of a Regulation on wholesale roaming prices. The adoption of the Regulation is a necessary precondition for complete elimination of retail charges for roaming services envisaged for June of next year.  

The main topic of the meeting was the drafting of a proposal for a stronger technical alignment of the radio-frequency spectrum in the 870 – 876 MHz and 915 – 921 MHz for use of short-range devices in Europe.  

The objective of the meeting is to define the manner of implementation of the new regulatory framework for the elimination of additional retail roaming charges, which is planned to enter into force next year, on 15 June. 

HAKOM’s experts are participating at the 10th meeting of the European Network of Rail Regulatory Bodies (ENRRB) organized in Vienna.  

This workshop, the main topics of which include network neutrality and impact of regulation on electronic communications market, has been organized in Ljubljana by the Slovenian regulatory authority. 

The most important topics of the meeting included the application of the Radio Equipment Directive to individual types of products and decisions concerning the information of users about restrictions of use of the equipment.  

The first round of controls of validity of licences was carried out this week in the area of Zadar, where certain shortcomings had been noticed. HAKOM's inspectors will continue with controls of licences for radio stations on vessels along the Adriatic coast.  

During the three day workshop the participants will learn about the technical side of Layer 2 wholesale access products and examine real examples from some countries.   

A workshop entitled “Advising Consumers” and a lecture on consumer protection were organized in cooperation with a consumer protection association entitled Consumer Centre. HAKOM’s experts informed participants about the rights of users and obligations of operators of electronic communications services. 

The meeting is organized as part of preparations for the 26^th Congress of the Universal Postal Union (UPU) in Istanbul that will take place in the fall.  

The topics of the meeting of the Electronic Communications Committee (ECC) will include the use of the RF spectrum for broadband systems for public safety and disaster recovery, the use of the GSM, UMTS and LTE systems on airplanes and vessels and the use of short range devices.  

The participants in the meeting will visit the construction site of the new control and measuring centre in Split which is part of the key national infrastructure and national security system, and the Council of HAKOM and its governance will discuss the market regulation strategy under the competence of HAKOM, and short and middle term objectives.   

The meeting of the HLIG Group which deals with topics concerning Internet governance took place in Brussels. This group is in charge of coordination between Member States in relation to issues concerning Internet governance.  

At the meeting which is taking place in Brussels, the EC will report on the state of transposition of the Directive on on measures to reduce the cost of deploying high-speed electronic communications networks and on the Regulation on network neutrality and roaming in EU Member States.  

The meeting included the adoption of the report from the World Radiocommunications Conference WRC'15, the preparation of 5G report on the Internet of things (IoT) i Intelligent Transport Systems ( ITS). A meeting of the working group on cross border coordination was also held.
