U Dubrovniku održan sastanak EaPeReg-ove radne skupine stručnjaka za roaming (REWG)

Na dvodnevnom sastanku sudjelovali su predstavnici regulatornih tijela zemalja članica EU-a, članovi Europske komisije te predstavnici EaP partnera.

ZAGREB, 1. listopada 2021. - U organizaciji Hrvatske regulatorne agencije za mrežne djelatnosti (HAKOM-a) u suradnji s Europskom komisijom, u Dubrovniku se 30. rujna i 1. listopada 2021., održao 11. sastanak EaPeReg-ove (Eastern Partnership Regulators for Electronic Communications) radne skupine stručnjaka za roaming (REWG). Cilj sastanka bio je prezentirati konačni tekst Sporazuma o regionalnom romingu među zemljama Istočnog partnerstva te odobrenje Sporazuma od strane radne grupe. Razgovaralo se o nadolazećim aktivnostima koje prethode potpisivanju Sporazuma i daljnjoj provedbi predviđenoj Akcijskim planom za razdoblje 2021.-2022.

Prezentirana je nova Uredba EU o roamingu kao i akcijski plan REWG-a za 2021.-2022. Na sastanku je bilo riječi i o utjecaju pandemije COVID-19 na tržište roaminga, a predstavnici Poljske, Švedske i Litve prezentirali su stanje u njihovim zemljama.

Sudionici sastanka bili su predstavnici regulatornih tijela zemalja članica EU-a, članovi Europske komisije i predstavnici EaP partnera (Armenija, Azerbajdžan, Bjelorusija, Gruzija, Moldavija i Ukrajina).
