Information Workshop on possibilities of using the financial instrument CEF

The aim of the workshop, which will be held on February 8 th, is to inform stakeholders about the conditions of calls and to interconnect potential partners on projects.
 
ZAGREB, 1 February 2022 - the European Commission will hold an online workshop Tuesday (8 February 2022) over a period of 10 to 12 hours regarding a public call for proposals under the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) programme for “5G for smart Communities”. The aim of the workshop is to inform key stakeholders about the conditions of calls and to connect potential partners on projects. The workshop is intended for municipalities and cities, technology companies, socio-economic drivers who propose cases of use of 5G technology (especially in the fields of health, education, mobility, security, rural development, agriculture and government), competent broadband offices and representatives of European institutions.
 
The European Commission will present the call, including demands and expectations, and participants already planning the project for this call will have the opportunity to present their cases of 5G, technology or pilot projects through four-minute presentations.
 
To participate in the workshop it is necessary to register on the link. As of February 1, registered participants may seek and contact potential partners on projects. More information about the event can be found on the link.
