Public consultation on the Draft Ordinance on the payment of fees for the performance of activities of HAKOM 2023

It is an ordinance providing funds for the performance of HAKOM's activities in the field of electronic communications, post office, and railways, and the public consultation is open until 16 August 2022.

ZAGREB, 18 July 2022 - The Council of the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) adopted the Draft Ordinance on prescribing fees for the performance of HAKOM's activities, on which a public consultation, has been launched, running until 16 August 2022.

It is an ordinance providing funds for the performance of HAKOM's activities in the field of electronic communications, post and railways. These ordinances shall be adopted for each calendar year on the basis of the annual financial plan of HAKOM.
