HAKOM identifies security incident affecting the e-Complaints system

The e-Complaints system, which is hosted on an external server, is temporarily unavailable, while the full circumstances of the incident are still being established.
 
ZAGREB, 14 September 2026 - According to the facts established to date, documents containing requests submitted for the resolution of disputes between providers of electronic communications services and users through the e-Complaints system were accessed without authorisation.
 
A detailed analysis of the incident is currently under way to determine its full extent. HAKOM has notified the relevant authorities of the incident.
 
Access to the e-Complaints system has been disabled. Users can still submit requests for dispute resolution by email to [email protected].
