HAKOM Inserted Leaflet comprising information for the End-Users of Postal Services in Daily Newspapers

In this manner the end-users are informed about the rights and obligations, in particular with the method of filing the complaints to the postal service providers.

ZAGREB, 15 December 2016 – The Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) has prepared an information leaflet with the aim of educating and informing the end-users about their rights and obligations when using the postal services. Particular emphasis was placed on the method of filing  complaints to the postal service providers in order to protect the end-uses’ rights.

HAKOM has been continuously conducting its activities related to the regulation of the postal services in a proactive manner, taking various specific measures and initiatives to further enhancing of the growth of the postal services market in accordance with its mission and current market requirements, through corrective special measures, activities and procedures by means of monitoring and reacting to the events and /or trends on the postal services market. In December when an increased use of postal services was noticed, HAKOM  made and distributed special information leaflet, designed for all categories of  end  -users on the postal services market  in order to  educate and inform the end- users of postal services about  their rights and obligations when using postal services.
 
HAKOM's information leaflet was distributed on December 15 by top 3different daily newspapers by circulation, in order to be available to as many users as possible all over the Croatia.
