HAKOM’s 13th Electronic Communications Market Day

This year’s Market Day will focus on five topical areas that are important to the further development of the electronic communications market - from market indicators and consumer rights to the future of digital networks, prices and quality of service, and five years of 5G in Croatia.

ZAGREB, 24 September 2026 - The Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) will hold its 13th Electronic Communications Market Day in Zagreb on 13 October. The conference will bring together representatives of market stakeholders, public administration bodies, the business community, academia and the media.

This year’s programme will cover five topical areas relating to the further development of the electronic communications market - market indicators, consumer rights, the future of digital networks, prices and quality of service, and five years of 5G in Croatia.

Following the opening address by HAKOM Council President Tonko Obuljen and a presentation on the state of the market, the regulator and market stakeholders will have the opportunity to share their views, experiences and examples of good practice during four panel discussions, as well as to engage in an open discussion on current challenges and the future development of the electronic communications market.
