The Ordinance on amendments to the Ordinance on addressing and numbering and the Numbering Plan have been published on HAKOM's official website. 

HAKOM's experts participated in the 2nd European Rail Freight Days conference which was organized in Vienna by the European Commission and RNE.  

At the plenary meeting the reports of the ERGP's Working Groups were presented and adopted while the ERGP Chairman for the 2017 was appointed and he will serve as a Vice President next year. 

The working group is responsible for the area of international roaming. The objective of the meeting was the implementation of a new regulatory framework which will enter into force on April 30, 2016. 

This year’s World Telecommunication Indicators Symposium 2015 took place in Hiroshima with a noticeable participation of HAKOM 

Referring to the ICT global development based on the internationally comparable data, the Republic of Croatia is ranked 42nd. 

Despite decreased wholesale prices and consequently decreased revenues from the telephone services, the total value of the electronic communications market remained the same as last year. 

In the third quarter of 2015, the market of railway services recorded an increase in the usage of railway infrastructure while rail freight transport market recorded positive trend mainly as the result of work by HŽ Cargo.
 

At the World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC-15) in Geneva, the important issues were discussed such as the usage of radio frequency bands for various services, from broadcasting and mobile communications networks to the satellite spectrum required for managing the unmanned aircraft. 

The postal services market in the Republic of Croatia recorded an increase in the number of packages in the third quarter which partly influenced the increase in the total revenue from the provision of postal services.

The topics of a two-day workshop are related to the regulatory issues in measuring and monitoring the quality of service of broadband Internet access. 

Workshop on " Providing Support to the Local and Regional Self- governing units in Project Initiation and Implementation in order to Increase the Accessibility of Broadband Infrastructure  with the help of state aid was held in Dubrovnik on Wednesday. 

HAKOM was once again noticeable at the Conference on electronic communications technologies and standards in informatics KOM 2015 which took place in Zagreb on November 23 and 24. 

The United Nations General Assembly proclaimed November 21 as the World Television Day with the aim of supporting the world televisions to dedicate their programmes to the issues such as peace and security. Young audiences are focus of this year’s celebration. 

The objective of the meeting is the preparation for the 25th BEREC regular plenary session which will be held on 9 and 10 December 2015 in London. 

The International Conference on the Future Digital Economy was held in Montpellier. Domagoj Jurjević was a speaker at the conference in a panel discussion on “Digital Revolution” - OTT rules as BEREC’s representative. 

The Programme of the 17^th CARNet Users Conference CUC 2015 is divided into five thematic sections and within the thematic section entitled” Loss of privacy in the digital age? ˝, the experts from HAKOM and FER will present the application “Privacy Calculator “ 

HAKOM received a notification from an operator regarding fraud attempts on the market.  The users conclude contracts in their own name, and then they give their SIM card to another person for a certain charge. Such numbers are further used for making the international calls causing high and unwanted costs to the real contractor.

During a two-day workshop new AKOS's application Akos Test Net will be presented while the Croatian experience is imprtant because the certified tool HAKOMetar has been in use since 2012 enabling the users to measure the speed of the Internet access in Croatia

HAKOM allocated the remaining radio frequency spectrum in the frequency range of mobile telecommunications networks to Vipnet. This year the state budget revenues will be increased for over HRK 140 million.
