HAKOM deregulated the broadband retail market, however, regulating the wholesale markets HAKOM keeps monitoring the retail prices of HT, Iskon and Optima. 

Ms Barros spoke about HAKOM’s activities within BEREC scope of work, BEREC business plans by the end of 2015 as well as its role in the adoption procedure referring to the Package for the EU Digital Single Market

The objective of the thematic session was to exchange the opinions and views and to find solutions to improve the development of broadband communications networks in the areas where there is insufficient commercial interest for the investments. 

HAKOM has reviewed the consequences of the acquisition procedure on the regulated markets and it evaluated that the intended acquisition of Amis to Vipnet would not distort the market competition. 

The Ministry of Maritime Affairs, Transport and Infrastructure launched a consultation procedure with the interested public. 

The meeting was attended by all the mayors and heads of the cities and municipalities in Zagreb County, and the meeting was headed by Mr. Stjepan Kožić, Head of Zagreb County.

The most important change refers to the abolition of the compensation fund and simplification of the financing mechanisms for universal service provision fees under non-commercial conditions. 

The workshops are intended for the representatives of the counties, municipalities and cities. The aim is to support local and regional government units in the initiation and implementation of the projects in order to increase the availability of broadband infrastructure. The workshop which was held on Monday in Gospić was intended for the representatives of Lika-Senj County and its towns and municipalities.  

The main topic of the discussion was the new TSM Regulation text resulting from the fourth trialogue negotiations between the EU Council, the European Parliament and the European Commission, which will be regulating the issues in the field of net neutrality and roaming at the European Union level in the years to come. 

HAKOM participated at the first joint meeting of the regulators from Europe, Mediterranean countries, Africa and the Middle East as well as the regulatory authorities from South America, which was held on July 2 and 3, in Barcelona.

HAKOM is participating at the meeting of the European Network of Rail Regulatory Bodies (ENRRB) which is taking place in Krakow on July 1and 2.  

HAKOM includes the public in the preparation of the upcoming World Radiocommunication Conference 2015. 

The quality of services within the net neutrality rule ,as well as a report on the study mostly dealing with the net neutrality issue from the perspective of an end-user were the topics discussed at the meeting
