Public tender for issuance of the individual license for usage of the radiofrequency spectrum to provide service of managing electronic communications network for the digital TV for MUX D on the area of the Republic of Croatia.
Croatian Post and Electronic Communications Agency on the basis of Article 18, and in accordance with Article 89 paragraph 2 of the Electronic Communications Act (hereinafter the Act), and in accordance with Article 23 paragraph 1 of the Ordinance on Assignment and Use of Radiofrequency Spectrum (OG 136/08), adopts ex officio and on the basis of Agency Council’s decision made on the session of 19 May 2010 the following decision:
