After the presentation, held by Mr. Dražen Lučić, the President of the Council at HAKOM, Members of the Croatian Parliament discussed the report and they will vote on its adoption once the conditions are met. 

The objective of the meeting of the working group was the exchange of experience of the regulatory bodies in implementing the new regulatory framework as well as the comparison of operator’s practices while forming roaming charges for the end-users. 

The topic of the meeting was the resolution of open co-ordination requirements in VHF band II and III between the Italian and Croatian administrations. 

The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) is organizing the World Telecommunication Development Conference (WTDC -17) which is held in Buenos Aires from 9 to 20 October 2017 on the ICT sector as the foundation for achieving the goals of sustainable development. The World Telecommunication Development Conference (WTDC) is held every four years and it is a preparation for the Conference of World Telecommunication Community (PP) Authorities, the main conference of all ITU Member States deciding on the future role of ICT in the development of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT).The Representative of the Republic of Croatia was Marko Čavlović, Deputy Director at HAKOM 

At the meeting held in Bucharest, the main topics were related to an agreement on further steps for important documents such as BEREC mid-term strategy for the period 2018-2020, the BEREC 2018 annual work program, the document important for better implementation of  BEREC Guidelines on Network Neutrality and Further Discussion on the Revision of the Regulatory Framework for Electronic Communications. 

Brussels hosted the meeting of the European Commission Working Group on the topic of data collection on the railway market 

Negotiations between the neighbouring countries have been concluded by signing an agreement aligning the frequency spectrum for broadcasting at the regional level in the Adriatic and Ionian seas. By signing the agreement, one of the prerequisites has been met in order to release the RF spectrum of the second digital dividend.  

The conference organizer was the Croatian Chamber of Electrical Engineers, and HAKOM's experts gave lecture on "Legislation in the Field of Electronic Communications". 

The working group operating within the scope of the European Conference of Postal and Telecommunications Administrations (CEPT) deals with the issue related to the number porting and change of the operator. 

The Partnership for the Enforcement of European Rights (PEER) is an initiative, led by Europe’s energy regulators, to improve the enforcement of the European consumers’ rights through enhanced inter-authority cooperation at the EU level. 

Marko Čavlović, Assistant Director at HAKOM held a workshop on the digital single market and the new regulatory framework for the representatives of the Croatian Language Department at the European Commission in Brussels and Luxembourg and presented the latest legislative proposals from the Croatian perspective. 

Mr. Mario Weber Executive Director at HAKOM took part in the round table as a moderator. 

The working group is responsible for developing technical guidelines and sharing and compatibility arrangements for radio spectrum use by various radio communications services at the European level. 

President of the Council at HAKOM Dražen Lučić met with Mr. Zvonimir Deković, President of the Croatian National Council of Montenegro who introduced him to the history and activities of this Croatian national community. 

The Conference aims to encourage a discussion related to the future of technology and the challenges in the process of developing advanced solutions and services. 

At the meeting the Telecommunicatios and Information Society continued to discuss the. Proposal for a Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing the European Electronic Communications Code. Further on it will replace the four current Directives. 

The 15th International Conference on Regulatory Activities in the Electronic Communications Sector was held within the scope of INFOFEST where the  experts from HAKOM presented different current topics on panel discussions. 

The Ordinance was published in the "Official Gazette" on September 22, and the provisions of the same law entered into force on the eighth day after its publication.
