Several issues were discussed  at the meeting such as the adoption of the work programme of the Working group for the implementation of 5G mobile networks. 

Pursuant to the Regulation the existing rules for roaming wholesale markets have been amended and all the preconditions have been fulfilled according to which the retail surcharges of roaming services (voice, SMS and data roaming services) are equal to the domestic prices with affect from June 15. 

Special categories of users will have possibility to choose between packages with new prices or to select a package from the previous offer, i.e. the existing system of special discounts for socially vulnerable users - the users with special social needs.
