European Commission representatives visited HAKOM in order to collect information about the situation on the electronic communications market in Croatia.
 
ZAGREB, 10 February 2015 – HAKOM was today visited by European Commission representatives who wanted to collect information about the situation on the electronic communications market and implementation of the regulatory framework in the Republic of Croatia. The collected data will be used for the preparation of the annual report on the implementation of the regulatory framework in the European Union electronic communications sector. The topics of the meeting included development and regulation of the market, plans for broadband development and financing thereof, RF spectrum management and management of the addressing and numbering space, network access and interconnection, consumer protection in electronic communications
 
This is the second year that HAKOM participated in the analysis of the European Union electronic communications sector as a regulatory authority from one of the Member States.
