Five requests received to participate in the process of public auction for the granting of rights to use RF spectrum

The tender procedure for the 800 MHz, 900 MHz, 1 800 MHz, 2 100 MHz, 2 600 MHz and 3 600 MHz frequency bands shall start on 16 January 2023.

Zagreb, 9 November 2022 HAKOM received a total of five requests to participate in the public auction procedure s for the granting of rights of use for radio spectrum in the 800 MHz, 900 MHz, 1 800 MHz, 2 100 MHz, 2 600 MHz and 3 600 MHz frequency bands.

For the 800 MHz, 900 MHz, 1 800 MHz, 2 100 MHz and 2 600 MHz frequency bands, all the necessary conditions for participating in the public auction process  at the  national level have been met by:
  • A1 Croatia d.o.o.
  • Hrvatski Telekom d.d.
  • Telemach Croatia d.o.o.
For the 3600 MHz frequency band, all the necessary conditions for participation in the public auction process at the regional (county) level have been met by:
  • Digicom d.o.o.
  • Markoja d.o.o.
