HAKOM’s 12th Electronic Communications Market Day
ZAGREB, 30 September 2025 - The Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) will host its 12th annual Electronic Communications Market Day in Zagreb on 14 October. The event will once again bring together representatives of market stakeholders, government bodies, the business sector, academia and the media.
This year’s conference will provide a platform for debate on the most pressing issues surrounding the adoption of new regulatory frameworks, the transition of Croatia’s digital infrastructure, and the achievement of the EU Digital Decade targets on the path towards a gigabit future. It will also address the challenges of implementing the EU Cybersecurity Directive at national level.
Following the opening address by Tonko Obuljen, Chairman of HAKOM’s Council, the programme will feature three panel discussions. These will allow both the regulator and stakeholders to share their views, experiences and examples of best practice, and to contribute through open dialogue to developments in this dynamic market.
The full conference programme is available at the following link.
As in previous years, given the strong public interest, the event will be streamed live on HAKOM’s Facebook and YouTube channels.
