HAKOM to Hold Postal Services Market Day in November
ZAGREB, 29 October 2025 - The Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) is hosting, for the second time, its annual conference that brings together stakeholders from the postal services sector to exchange knowledge, share experiences, and strengthen consumer protection in this vital industry. This year’s Postal Services Market Day will be held in Zagreb on Tuesday, 11 November 2025, under the theme: “The Postal Market of Tomorrow: Consumers - Technology - New Rules.”
The conference will bring together leading experts, industry representatives, and regulators for an in depth discussion on the key challenges and opportunities in the postal services market. The programme includes thematic sessions focusing on the current state of the market in Croatia, research on customer satisfaction, and a review of upcoming changes in light of the proposed EU Delivery Act initiative. Special attention will be given to examining current EU practices in the parcel delivery sector.
A highlight of the conference will be a panel discussion exploring how consumer expectations and needs drive innovation, enhance service quality, and shape the future development of the postal sector.
