Information on the Submission of Notifications Concerning the Provision of Intermediary Services

ZAGREB, 29 July 2025 - Pursuant to Article 23 of the Act on the Implementation of the Digital Services Act (Official Gazette No. 67/25), all providers of intermediary services with a place of establishment in the Republic of Croatia are required to submit a notification on the provision of such services to the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM).

The notification must be submitted via the e-Provider system. The statutory deadline for submission is three months from the date of publication of this notice, i.e. by 29 October 2025.

Failure to submit the required notification constitutes a misdemeanour under Article 18 of the aforementioned Act.
