Izvješće o sporovima korisnika s operatorima elektroničkih komunikacija pred HAKOM-om u 2020., 17.3.2021.

Korisnici iz godine u godinu pokreću manje sporova pa je tijekom 2020. riješeno 1427 sporova, što je 41 manje nego godinu ranije.

ZAGREB, 17. ožujka 2021. -  Hrvatska regulatorna agencija za mrežne djelatnosti (HAKOM) na svojim je službenim stranicama objavila Izvješće o sporovima korisnika s operatorima elektroničkih komunikacija pred HAKOM-om u 2020. Izvješće predstavlja analizu riješenih zahtjeva za rješavanje sporova korisnika elektroničkih komunikacija s operatorima. Pokretanje spora prema Zakonu o elektroničkim komunikacijama predstavlja treći stupanj rješavanja korisnikove žalbe, nakon što je korisnik prošao postupak prigovora i pritužbe (reklamacije) kod operatora. Korisnici iz godine u godinu pokreću manje sporova pa je tijekom 2020. riješeno 1427 sporova, što je 41 spor manje nego godinu ranije.
