More than seventy end users will get high-speed internet connection

Additional seventy end users expressed their interest to join the HAKOM’s aid programme resulting in the seventh round of invitations to tender for the granting of state aid for the connection of those users to broadband infrastructure.
 
ZAGREB, 17 October 2014 – Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) published the seventh public invitation to tender for the granting of state aid for the development of the necessary communications infrastructure for the development of high-speed broadband networks. The invitation to tender was published within the framework of HAKOM’s Programme for Internet and Broadband Development in Areas of Special State Concern, Hilly and Mountainous Areas and Islands, aimed at developing the necessary infrastructure for end users in the Republic of Croatia, such as health care institutions, schools and other public institutions. 
 
So far, HAKOM has carried out six invitations to tender for state aid covering all target users in all counties. The purpose of this last invitation to tender is to connect another seventy target users in the territory of eight counties that have expressed their interest to join HAKOM’s aid programme.
 
All interested natural and legal persons may request tender documentation by sending a request to the e-mail address: potpore@hakom.hr with the subject “Request for tender documentation – seventh round“.
 
The deadline for the submission of tenders is 21 November 2014 and all requests for additional information and clarifications may be sent to the same e-mail address (potpore@hakom.hr) by 21 October. All questions will be answered at the latest by 4 November 2014, followed by the public opening of tenders on 21 November 2014 at 13:00. The award decision will be published on 3 December 2014.
