NEW CUSTOMER INFORMATION LEAFLET BY HAKOM

HAKOM has published a leaflet for the users of public electronic communications services in order to introduce them with rights and obligations, particularly regarding the subscription and contract termination the opposition procedure and the possibility of registration. In Registry “Do not Call”

ZAGREB, 30 December 2021 - The Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) has made a new leaflet with the aim of informing and educating users of public electronic communications services, in order to inform users about their rights and obligations of operators, especially when concluding or terminating subscription contracts, controlling spending and protection against unwanted amounts of invoices, opposition procedure and the possibility of registration “Do not Call“.

Within the scope of the Regulation of the electronic communications market, HAKOM resolves users' complaints regarding the provision of public electronic communications services, including users' complaints about the amounts of invoices for the services provided by the operator, complaints about the quality of those services and complaints about violations of the provisions of the subscriber contract, all under the electronic Communications Act.
