HAKOM is the interested public and stakeholders of the postal services in the Republic of Croatia to actively participate in the work of the 2nd Expert Forum of the European Regulators Group for Postal Services (ERGP).

As of August 1, the operator is obliged to obtain the user's consent after the conclusion of the contract by telephone and his device can be reached at the operator’s point of sale except for his home address.

Public discussion to the interested parties open until August, 19.
