The Consumer Protection Week organized by the Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Crafts will be held from March 8 to 15, 2018 and in the education and informing of the users, numerous bodies will be taking part in consumer protection policy in the Republic of Croatia.

At the end of 2017 the number of broadband Internet access connections in the fixed network was more than 1,095 million which is an increase of around 5% compared to 2016. The topics discussed at the meeting on development of mobile satellite services, as well as the adoption of new guidelines for the establishment of operators with significant market power n the forthcoming activities related to the WiFi4EU project. 

The report submitted by the Commission to the HAKOM’s Council states that the biggest disputes are related to the electronic communications while a smaller number of cases are related to the postal and rail services.
