Warning from HAKOM: A New Attempted Abuse coming from different International Numbers has been reported

On Friday, an increase in the number of incoming calls from 10 different international numbers  was recorded , shown as a missed call and a call-back is expected. Those numbers have been blocked for traffic.

In comparison to the 2007 reaching the 72.5 points (out of 100 possible) and taking the 29th place in the rankings, the Republic of Croatia has progressed to  the 17th position with a total score of 93 points.

During the first year, 29,000 users were enrolled in the "Do not Call" Registry according to which calls to the merchants aimed to sell  a certain service or product as well as sending marketing or sales messages via the phone is forbidden.

Referring to the global ICT development based on  internationally comparable data, the Republic of Croatia took  the 36th place (42nd in 2016) and ranked among six countries that had progressed for 5 or more places compared to 2016.
