The topic of the working group meetings was the Proposal of the Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on the European Electronic Communications Code. 

The most important topics of the meeting were document preparation for the public tender for drafting  quality-assured tools for Internet broadband access at the EU level and the preparation of documentation for public discussion on the implementation  issues of the TSM Regulation in the EU Member States. 

HAKOM’s representatives discussed the roles and organizational aspects of this independent regulatory body in the electronic communications, postal and rail services markets 

During the first year, 29,000 users were enrolled in the "Do not Call" Registry according to which calls to the merchants aimed to sell  a certain service or product as well as sending marketing or sales messages via the phone is forbidden. 

Referring to the global ICT development based on  internationally comparable data, the Republic of Croatia took  the 36th place (42nd in 2016) and ranked among six countries that had progressed for 5 or more places compared to 2016. 

By signing the agreement on the allocation of radio spectrum, the Republic of Croatia has fulfilled its obligation to the European Commission and it is ready to wait for further activities for the allocation of "Second digital dividend".

ECC PT1 deals with the area of ​​IMT (International Mobile Telecommunications) referring to the radio frequency planning and regulatory development for the existing and new generation of mobile communications. 

Copenhagen hosted the meeting were amongst main topics of discussion were those  related to the adoption of important documents such as the BEREC Annual Work Programme for 2018, the BEREC Communication Plan for 2018, Reports on the Implementation of Obligations on Network Neutrality pursuant to Network Neutrality Regulation and further discussion of the regulatory framework for the electronic communications.

The Radio Spectrum Committee in the European Commission will, inter alia, assist in the development of implementing decisions regarding radio spectrum management in the EU Member States 

During the conference, within the scope of panel discussion various topics from the railway sector were discussed. 

The exercise was held with the aim to train competencies and procedures for NATO and national computer systems protection. 

The operator’s increased investment and revenue as well as increased demand for data services and Internet content has been a continuation of positive trend. 

The growth of parcel services has continued in the third quarter of 2017 

In the third quarter of 2017 the market rail freight transport recorded an increase. In comparison to the same quarter last year the recorded growth of carried goods amounts 27%.

The meeting was attended by the representatives of regulatory bodies responsible for electronic communications in the Republic of Slovenia and the Republic of Croatia. The most important topic of the meeting was optimization and international harmonization of the radio frequency spectrum for FM radio and private mobile communications networks. 

The two-day workshop was held in Lichtenau, Germany. 

The lecture for the parents of the fifth grade elementary school children, Sesvetska Sopnica was held in Sesvete. The lecture was held with the aim to provide adults with necessary information regarding responsible behaviour of their children when using network technologies without permanent supervision by adults.
