Public tender for selection of universal service provider in the electronic communications

The deadline for submitting a tender is 29 July 2022.

ZAGREB, 8 July 2022 -The Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) informs all interested parties that a public tender has been launched for the selection of a universal service provider in electronic communications throughout the territory of the Republic of Croatia, that is, in a certain part of the territory of the Republic of Croatia for a two year period for the provision of the following services:

a. Access to the public communications network and publicly available telephone services at a fixed location,
b. Setting up the public phone – booths,
c. Special measures for persons with disabilities,
d. Special pricing systems adjusted to the needs of socially vulnerable groups of users.

The decision to call a public tender for the selection of a universal service provider, as well as the tender documentation, has been published on the HAKOM website and can be accessed through the following link.

The deadline for submitting the tender is 29 July 2022 at 10. a.m. Regardless of the manner of delivery, the tender must be submitted and received (delivered) at HAKOM no later than a certain deadline. If the applicant sends the same tender via post, it must be received by the deadline for submission or by the deadline for opening tenders, and the potential risk for untimely submission will be borne by the tenderer.
