Publication of the Report is an Obligation of Digital Services Coordinators in EU Member States
This year’s report, in addition to covering HAKOM’s activities, also includes the activities of other national competent authorities involved in monitoring and enforcing specific provisions of the DSA. It consolidates data in one place regarding user complaints, orders to act against illegal content, information requests, and other activities relevant to creating a safer and more responsible digital environment.
The report shows that, during 2025, HAKOM received 52 user complaints, 45 of which concerned very large online platforms and search engines (VLOPs/VLOSEs), which are under the direct supervision of the European Commission in accordance with the DSA. The e-DSA Provider system was also established, and coordination with national competent authorities, the European Commission, other Digital Services Coordinators, and other relevant stakeholders was further strengthened. HAKOM also participated in all meetings of the European Board for Digital Services and contributed actively to the work of its working groups.
During 2025, numerous information and educational activities were carried out, including the development of informational materials, the organisation of webinars, and participation in initiatives related to children’s online safety and digital security.
In 2026, HAKOM plans to continue activities aimed at further implementing the national framework, adopting secondary legislation, continuing the mapping of intermediary service providers, and strengthening dialogue with civil society organisations.
