The Report on user disputes of the electronic communications before HAKOM for 2021

Year after year, users initiate less disputes and 1,285 disputes were resolved during 2021, which is 142 less disputes than in the previous year.

ZAGREB, 7 April 2022 - On its official website, the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) published the Report on users' disputes with the operators of electronic communications before HAKOM in 2021. The report represents an analysis of resolved requests for dispute settlement between electronic communications, users and operators. Pursuant to the Electronic Communications Act, the initiation of a dispute represents the third instance of dispute settlement, after the user submitted the request for dispute resolution (complaints) with the operator. Year after year, users initiate less disputes and 1,285 disputes were settled during 2021, which is 142 disputes less than in the previous year.
