HAKOM-ova brošura o pravima i obvezama putnika u željezničkom prijevozu

ZAGREB, 13. siječnja 2021. – HAKOM je izradio novu brošuru namijenjenu putnicima u željezničkom prijevozu s ciljem informiranja putnika o njihovim pravima, ali i obvezama koje imaju prilikom putovanja vlakom.

Brošura je izrađena sukladno Uredbi EZ br. 1371/2007 o pravima i obvezama putnika u željezničkom prijevozu i Zakonu o regulaciji tržišta željezničkih usluga (NN 104/2017) i pojašnjava kako karta za vlak predstavlja ugovor o prijevozu pa tako putnik kupnjom karte prihvaća opće uvjete ugovora o prijevozu koji su objavljeni na internetskim stranicama HŽ Putničkog prijevoza d.o.o.

U brošuri je posebno naglašena podrška osobama s invaliditetom i osobama smanjenje pokretljivosti, opisan je postupak podnošenja prigovora – reklamacija te je istaknuta uloga HAKOM-a u zaštiti prava putnika.

Brošure su dostupne na blagajnama većine kolodvora i u vlakovima, a brošura se može preuzeti i na mrežnim stranicama HAKOM-a, HŽ Putničkog prijevoza (www.hzpp.hr) i Udruge potrošača (www.potrosac.hr).
