The conference titled "Advantages and Dangers for Consumers in the EU" was held

 Experts from HAKOM held educational presentations on the rights and obligations of users of electronic communication services and postal services.

ZAGREB, April 8, 2024 - Following the invitation of the organizer, the Croatian Association for Consumer Protection and under the auspices of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, a conference on the topic "Advantages and Dangers for Consumers in the EU" was held this Monday in Čabar. Representatives from the European Consumer Centre Croatia, the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM), the Croatian Alliance of Consumers, and the Consumer Society participated in the conference.

HAKOM experts specialising in user protection delivered two educational presentations at the conference on the rights and obligations of users of electronic communication services and postal services.
