The education of users held

HAKOM’s user protection experts informed the users from Omišalj about their rights.

Zagreb, 19 June 2023- Following the invitation of the organizer the Consumer Centre from Rijeka, HAKOM’s customer protection experts held education for the end-users in Omišalj on the island of Krk last week. On that occasion, they informed them about their consumer rights and obligations in the use of electronic communications services, as well as the methods of filing a complaint, if they were dissatisfied. Consultations for users of electronic communications services are part of HAKOM’s efforts to prevent consumer perceived challenges in electronic communications and cooperation with interested associations dealing with consumer protection.
