HAKOM held consultations for consumers in the markets under its jurisdiction

Consultations were held in Primorje-Gorski Kotar County in cooperation with consumer protection associations.

ZAGREB, 7 November 2022 - The Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM), as a regulator in the electronic communications and postal and rail services markets, regularly conducts the education of the users of the services on their rights and obligations in the markets under HAKOM’s jurisdiction. On Monday, November 7, in the City Hall of Rijeka, HAKOM joined the citizens' consultation on consumer rights in the area of public services, organized by the Potrošački Centar Association in cooperation with the City of Rijeka, HAKOM and Utility Company Čistoća. The aim of the Symposium was to inform the general public about the current developments in the consumer protection sector and help protect consumer rights, among others the protection of rights in the use of postal services, electronic communications and rail services.

Last week, on Friday, November 4, at the invitation of the Croatian Consumer Protection Association  “Potrošačica” HAKOM held consultation for consumers in the field of postal and electronic services.
