HAKOM has introduced two new services which enable you to check the status of the number portability procedure (e-Portability), as well to check the status of your complaint (e-Complaints).

In accordance with the public tender procedure, HAKOM issues the explanatory documents on the tender to issue the license for the usage of RF spectrum MUX D - D1, D3, D7, D9.

On the basis of the public consultation that ended on 30 December and the decision of HAKOM's Council, the new Ordinance on payment of fees for the carrying out of tasks by HAKOM was adopted on 31 December.

In accordance with the public tender procedure, HAKOM issues the explanatory document on the tender to issue the license for the usage of RF spectrum MUX D - D5.

EU PHARE study on the electronic communications market in Croatia is now ready.

On the basis of conducted market analyses, HAKOM’s Council, on its session held on 17th July 2009, adopted the following decisions.

On 9th July 2008 HAKOM has initiated the procedure of analysis in the relevant markets in accordance with the Electronic Communications Act. Market analysis procedure has been carried out to assess whether the relevant market is effectively competitive and to identify operators with the significant market power on the relevant market.

HAKOM has published on the web pages of the Official Gazette www.nn.hr the invitation to the open public procurement tender for consultancy services for the implementation of the project Cost models of the operators with the significant market power.

Members of the Croatian Parliament supported HAKOM’s Annual Report for 2008 with 95 votes in favour, 2 against and 3 sustained.
