Registration for participation in the Forum will be possible until October. Within the scope of the Forum, the ideas on BEREC's work, plans and topics regarding the telecommunications market will be shared with the stakeholders.

The Member States are invited to increase investments in infrastructure broadband Connectivity of very high capacity including 5G, as it is an essential element of digital transformation and one of the cornerstones of economic recovery. An agreement on the list of best measures should be reached by the EU Member States by 30 March 2021. 

The Corona Crisis generally affected the fall in the freight transport in Croatia in the second quarter, but the rails took over freight transport from other transport modes and recorded growth. Previous plans for radio spectrum allocation intended foe 5G (700 MHz, 3.6 GHz and 26 GHz) were scheduled for the end of 2020, as it was announced in standpoints after public discussion on the future allocation of 700 MHz, 1500 MHz, 3.6 GHz and 26 GHz frequency bands. The 5G spectrum will be allocated in the first half of 2021. 

In the first quarter of 2020, there was a decrease in turnover in almost all market segments compared to the previous quarter, but also compared to the same period previous year.
