Open Public Discussion on the Proposal of two Acts of HAKOM in the Field of Postal Services

The interested public, as well as all participants in the postal services market in the Republic of Croatia, can actively participate in a public discussion on the Proposal of two Acts of HAKOM in the field of postal services.

Zagreb, 4 February 2020 - Public discussions on the Proposals of two Acts of HAKOM in the field of postal services have been  opened on the official website of the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) as follows:

- Proposal of the Methodology for USO Price Regulation (link:),
- Proposal for a Directive for Accounting Separation and Cost Accounting of Universal (Postal) Service Providers (link).

HAKOM invites the interested public, as well as all stakeholders in the postal services market in Croatia to actively participate in public discussion on the Proposal of two Acts through the aforementioned links. The public discussion is opened until February, 18 2020.
