What are the rights of persons with disabilities?

Operators providing universal services, and all other operators, as far as technically feasible, are obligated to ensure the following to the persons with disabilities:
  • equal possibility to access public communications services
  • appropriate equipment adapted to specific needs of persons with hearing impairment, visual impairment and limited motor abilities
  • possibility to receive subscriber’s contracts and bills in an adapted alternative manner
  • access to customer services and employees educated to deal with disabled persons
  • access to emergency services for the deaf
